Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your IT Care account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
